Pasture Raised Chicken - Organically Fed, Non-GMO and Soy Free!
Moved daily on diverse natural pastures, these birds have been raised as nature intended, free to enjoy bugs, worms, insects and a truly diverse offering of grasses and forbs.
We use zero chemicals or drugs at our farm, so you can rest assured these chickens are as pure as can be whilst being lovingly cared for each and every day of their lives. The pasture raised system and daily rotations to fresh ground really offers an abundance of unique foraging opportunities which helps develop that unique pasture-raised flavour.
We've experimented with 2 breeds of chicken this year. The first is the more traditional free range table bird which grows out with large breasts and legs and is similar in look to a traditional, meaty table bird. The second is known as the "Farm Ranger" and is a slightly slower growing variety which absolutely loves foraging! You'll find these have a slightly deeper, richer flavour but come in slightly smaller.
Both offerings are truly delicious! Fantastic as whole roasts and the chicken stock / bone broth from both of these is unreal - delicious and elite nutrition!

No minimum order but please note we can send up to 3 birds in a single delivery, so consider spreading the P&P across a larger order. These birds have been frozen for freshness.
This batch of birds have been processed according to HMC standards at a fully licensed facility. If you'd like non-stunned birds which have been processed halal on farm, please get in touch as these will be available later in the year in limited quantities.
