Grown exclusively in no-dig beds, lovingly and generously enriched with compost and organic amendments.
We firmly believe the best way to grow delicious tasting, nutrient dense food is to nourish the soil and life within it. No chemical sprays, or fertilisers are ever used and we never dig the soil, leaving it completely undisturbed, allowing a thriving metropolis of microbiology to develop. These microbes work in wonderful symbiosis with the plants helping them to uptake the nutrients they need, which in turn feed and nourish you!

Small veg boxes typically serve 2 people. Medium will serve 3 - 4. Large will serve 5 - 6. Typical contents of seasonal boxes include 4 - 6 items from:
Spring Onion, Potatoes, Carrots, Radish, Peas, Sugar snap Peas, Beetroot, Leek, Turnip, Swiss Chard, Spinach, Kale, Courgettes, Beans, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Peppers, Squash, Herbs (Parsley, Coriander, Dill, Basil) and seasonal Salad Mix.
